E-commerce Specialist

Within EQOM's E-commerce team, you will be responsible for creating and managing online activations, promotions and analytics, including pricing projects aimed at margin improvement. You will work with colleagues on product selections, inventory management and new features, working closely with team Development. After each action, you will analyze the results, draw conclusions and share learnings to improve future campaigns. You will join a close-knit and international team of 8 colleagues.

What do you do as an E-commerce Specialist?
Within EQOM, team E-commerce plays a crucial role in creating and managing online activations, promotions and analytics. Whether it's discounts, selecting products for promotions, or coordinating inventory and margins with purchasing; you'll make sure everything runs seamlessly. You also get to work on strategic projects where your contribution is essential.

In recent years we have tested various promotions and thus gained knowledge of their effects. Besides continuing the successful actions, you will also think up new features for the onsite promotions. Where necessary, you will work together with team Development.

After each campaign, you will analyze the results, report them to both your team colleagues and the Head of E-Commerce, and draw conclusions from the analyses to share the learnings with the team to further improve future campaigns.

Within the e-commerce team, you will work closely with 8 colleagues of various nationalities, including campaign coordinators and an online shop manager. The team is close and social; we pull together during breaks and also have regular contact outside working hours. This position offers plenty of opportunities to make an impact both professionally and as a team!
