Our marketing department is one of the fastest-growing departments in the organization. The demand for talented specialists and marketers continues to grow, as we expand into new markets across Europe, such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As a German SEA specialist, you will be working in collaboration with the teams that make up the performance team including SEO, Search, Shopping, Display, and Affiliate. Core tasks:

• Analyzing the search behavior of the target group;
• Drafting, elaborating, and implementing the search or shopping strategy in Germany;
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and price comparison sites;
• Continuously analyzing the results and anticipating them;
• Getting optimal returns from your campaigns;
• A/B testing the ad texts, landing pages, meta titles and descriptions, and positions in the search results.

• You have analytical insight and a critical eye;
• You have an HBO/WO work and thinking level;
• You are commercial and result-oriented;
• You seek and act on opportunities and ideas;
• You can work on projects both independently and in a team;
• You have a healthy dose of humor;
• You take initiative when opportunities arise;

• You work in a neat and structured way.

• You completed a HBO/WO education in a relevant field of study;
• Native / Fluent command of the German language as well as a command of the English language to communicate with our international contacts, both within the EQOM Group and external experts;
• Technical tracking issues knowledge is an advantage;
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Google Analytics is an advantage, but we have a big team to learn you all the skills.
